I always feel so guilty about washing the ashes off my forehead on ash...

But at the same time, I don't want to get ashes all over my pillowcases. Anyone else?

We only do no meat Friday's during lent. And then no meat on Ash Wednesday, or Christmas Eve. Not that it matters to me, being that I'm a vegetarian

I never heard of no meat on Christmas Eve, and we grew up with meatless Fridays year round. Wonder if that's a local or family thing?
